In case an applicant or grantee organization has complaint(s) pertaining to application processing, project’s implementation, or project staff, it can be registered with the Chief of Party, Small Grants and Ambassador’s Fund Program. The COP, in consultation with General Manager NRSP, will take a decision and a written copy of the decision will be furnished to the complainant. If the complainant still wishes a review of the decision and files an appeal to the COP, Small Grants and Ambassador’s Fund Program within 15 days of the receipt of such decision, the COP shall send the complaint to USAID for a final decision.
In case citizens believe there is fraud/abuse/waste related to a grant under the USAID's Small Grants or US Ambassador’s Fund Program, they may report possible cases to the Anti-Fraud Hotline established by USAID and Transparency International, Pakistan.
